Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which refunds may be granted, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in line with NCB Institute’s commitment to high-quality training.
Enrollment & Cancellation Conditions
- Official enrollment confirmation has been issued by NCB.
- Full payment of the course fee has been received.
Students may cancel their enrollment within 7 days of purchase and request a refund. Refunds will not be granted if any part of the course has been completed or if course materials have been accessed or downloaded.

E-Learning Course Policy
- Downloadable study materials and textbooks
- Online student discussion forums
- Practice assessments and mock examinations
- Multimedia learning content
Students must complete 100% of the course content and all required assignments before being registered for the final examination.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted under any of the following conditions:
- Failure to meet minimum attendance or participation requirements after course commencement.
- Academic misconduct, malpractice, or violation of NCB policies.
- Accessing more than 25% of course content in online or e-learning programs.
Appeals
Students may appeal a refund decision by submitting a written appeal to NCB administration within 5 business days of receiving the decision. Send your appeal to info@ncbme.com with full details and any supporting documentation.
