By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
Understand the scope and fields of application of OH&S management systems and standards.
Understand risk assessment techniques, processes, and principles.
Identify requirements of OH&S management system standards for audit performance.
Explain differences between OH&S, Quality, and Environmental standards.
Describe the roles and responsibilities of Auditors and Lead Auditors.
Explain the rationale for implementing OH&S management systems.
Plan, prepare, perform, and report audit findings verbally and in writing.

Course Format
Each day consists of four sessions (two before lunch, two after).
Exercises contribute to the continuous formal assessment.
A mock audit role-play will be conducted on Days 4 & 5.
All sessions are interactive and require delegate participation.
Delegates must allocate time to review and understand course notes.
Course Style
Interactive delivery with lectures, slides, and overhead presentations.
Numerous exercises—each assessed as part of course evaluation.
Use of a model factory for practical demonstrations.
Trainers have extensive OHSMS design, implementation, certification, and assessment experience.
A live audit or role-play audit takes place on Day 5.
