A mock audit – Role play will be conducted on Days 4 & 5 of the Training for the delegates to demonstrate the skills learned and understood during the course. All sessions are interactive and delegate participation is encouraged. You will need to allow sufficient time to read and understand the notes which have been provided.
Before starting this course, you must inform students that they are expected to have the following
prior knowledge: The Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle
The Plan:
Conduct the energy review and establish the baseline, energy performance indicators (EnMs), objectives, targets and action plans necessary to deliver results that will improve energy performance in accordance with the organization's energy policy
Do:
Implement the energy management action plans
Act:
Monitor and measure processes and the key characteristics of operations that determine energy performance against the energy policy and objectives, and report the results
Check:
Take actions to continually improve energy performance
Virtual Training – 6 Days (40 Hours)
There is a 1 Hour and 45 Minutes Open Book – Online exam conducted by CQI and IRCA. An additional 30-minute grace period will be given to candidates whose native language is not English.
